Your Item Inventory
A member of your DTS Team catalogs each carton and separate items on an inventory form and describes each piece of furniture. Upon delivery, the Customer Check Off Sheet will assist you in verifying all items on your inventory were received.
Loading the Van
It's like solving a giant jigsaw puzzle in three dimensions. Your DTS Van Operator has the practical experience to do it right.
DTS/Atlas use advance satellite and information systems to monitor the movement of your goods. When you need an update, we provide a toll free number to call or you can track your shipment on our website.
Placing Your Furniture
Your DTS crew places your furniture where you want it in your new home. They will carry cartons to the kitchen, bedrooms, basement and garage or as marked. They unroll rugs, reassemble beds and place them as you wish.
Unpacking
If you chose the full unpacking option, your DTS crew will unpack every plate, cup, glass and spoon; place them on the kitchen counter and take away the packing material when they leave.
During your move, you will be served by a team of professionals working together to provide premiere service from start to finish, just as you expect!
Coordinating Your Relocation
Your DTS Representative handles many details throughout the process, coordinating your packing dates with the agency crew and equipment, scheduling your preferred pickup and delivery dates, then reporting your personal relocation information to Atlas Van Lines. Your relocation is monitored by professionals who spend all their time making sure customers' household goods are handled smoothly. Relax, DTS/Atlas personnel will provide whatever support you need.
